Each batch of Potpourri soap is so different…
as all of my cut offs are unique.
I colour coordinated this one with only left overs from alkanet and pink clay soaps, both shavings and soap balls…
These tiny, curly shavings are made with my IKEA cheese grater, the same one I grate my soap rejects with, which I normally use to make my laundry soap.
The EO blend is Lavender, Lemongress, Fennell, Ylang Ylang, a blend I love and repeat, altering quantities slightly each time, until I get it perfect.
Happy and Passionate Soaping Everyone!!

Miscellanea, thank you!! xo Jen
Stc & co. Thanks for your comment! xo Jen
SironaSprings, I had always liked these little curlies, but wasn't sure how they would be in soap. I like the result, but would try without the soap balls next time. xo Jen
Bobbins and Balms, thank you. Glad you liked the way this one turned out. xo Jen
Jennifer, that really is one of the prettiest soaps. Love the colours and the curls are beautiful. Well done!
Lovely color and Carl! I didn't know alkanet can make such beautiful color. inn Japan, Lithospermum erythrorhizon often used for natural purple, but not alkanet. to have something learn are always happy :)

Jen, me encata este jabón, todo la combinación de los colores, la forma, es precioso. Un beso. Ana.
Tara, Thank you! Glad you like the colours... the curls just happened naturally with this cheese grater! xo Jen
Mika, what is Lithospermum erythrorhizon ? If it is natural, I would like to try it too!! Alkanet and Ratanjot have produced some great purples for me. xo Jen
Ana, Muchas gracias.

Beautiful, original & grand! Way to go, my friend! :) Hugs, Becky
So lively and bright ! Would be great hit with happy people and would make grumpy folk feel better. Nice job!
Blanca, Muchas gracias. Ese jabón he hecho con leche de cabra. xox Jen
Becky, Thank you my friend!! So sweet. xo Jen
Donna, So an Anti-grumps soap? Love the idea. Thank you! xo Jen
Oh I am so stealing your idea of using that cheese grater to grate up soap shreds! I have one that I rarely use for cheese and when I grated up soap for shreds last night with a cheapo, basic grater and my hand was quite sore after. So glad you posted a pic of the shredding in action!

Kinky Witch Soap
Hi Robin, I totally understand you. Why do you think I am using this one? I think I just grated off too many knuckles in the regular grater. This one is simple, safe, and just needs a little elbow grease. Enjoy it!! xo Jen
Jennifer.
